Job summary

A2It Tecnologia in Portugal is seeking experienced Systems and Identity Engineers to support national-scale Microsoft-based infrastructures in hybrid enterprise environments. You will manage Domain Controllers, Exchange, Azure AD, Intune, Teams and OneDrive for Business, perform security hardening, troubleshoot incidents, and deliver technical documentation and operational reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th grade or equivalent technical/professional qualification.
• Strong experience in infrastructure hardening and security best practices across Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
• 4+ years in enterprise environments with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Hybrid (On-Prem + O365), Microsoft Intune, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft FIM / MIM.
• Solid technical knowledge of Windows Server, Azure AD, SAN, Routing & Switching, Ethernet, VLAN, VPN, IPSec, SNMP, QoS, TCP/IP, IPv4 and IPv6.
• Microsoft certifications (Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows Server, Exchange, Intune, SCCM) are a strong plus.

The ChallengeYou will be part of a team responsible for managing and evolving complex Microsoft-based infrastructures, ensuring security, availability, and operational excellence across hybrid and enterprise environments.

Initial phase onsite at Taguspark - hybrid model after integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate Domain Controllers, physical and virtual servers, SharePoint platforms, and collaboration systems;
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support via ITSM / SMAX;
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve incidents and service requests;
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers;
• Administer and maintain hybrid infrastructures;
• Implement technical changes and improvements;
• Produce technical documentation and operational reports;
• Support critical national-level entities and services.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 12th grade or equivalent technical/professional qualification;
• Mandatory experience in infrastructure hardening and security best practices, particularly across Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong experience (4+ years) in enterprise environments, including: Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Hybrid environments (On-Prem + O365), Microsoft Intune, Teams, and OneDrive for Business, Microsoft FIM / MIM;
• Solid technical knowledge of: Windows Server, Azure AD, SAN, Routing & Switching, Ethernet, VLAN, VPN, IPSec, SNMP, QoSm, TCP/IP, IPv4 and IPv6;
