Thought Machine is recruiting for a Software Engineer specializing in Infrastructure to join our Lisbon Engineering Hub. This full-time, permanent role requires four days onsite at our Lisbon office and focuses on automating deployment, managing data and streaming platforms, and building reliable tools for Vault integration.

You will design scalable services, improve observability, and contribute to disaster recovery while collaborating with a talented team in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years hands-on experience in infrastructure tooling.
• Experience with Python or Golang, and with cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with observability, databases, event streaming and container orchestration.

Responsabilidades

• Support engineering in building reliable, scalable infrastructure
• Design and build tools to automate deployment and management
• Develop observability and orchestration tooling for customer deployments
• Contribute to disaster recovery, backup and redundancy tooling
• Improve codebase quality with new tooling and processes
