Thought Machine is seeking a security-focused professional to ensure the security of our product set in Lisbon. This full-time role involves driving improvements in security posture and engaging cross-functionally to create innovative security measures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in security within a DevOps framework, web application testing, and cloud technologies. Benefits include a competitive salary, pension plan, private healthcare, and a vibrant workplace culture.

Qualificações

• Expertise with a programming language (e.g. Python, Go or Java).
• Experience of security in a DevOps environment.
• Experience in web application penetration testing and security tooling.
• Coding experience for automating security tools.
• Knowledge of security in distributed systems at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Drive improvements to Thought Machines product security posture.
• Produce web scale grade application security design.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and security testing.
• Liaison with development teams for security education.

Conhecimentos

Programming language expertise (Python, Go, Java)

DevOps security experience

Web application penetration testing

Security tooling (Burp proxy, Scanners, etc.)

Security design reviews

Cloud and container technology knowledge
