Job summary

Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking an intern to join our influencer marketing team in Lisbon. You will help recruit, onboard and manage creators, negotiate partnerships, and shape content that drives revenue and brand credibility.

You'll learn how creator selection, contract terms and content decisions impact sales, while collaborating with local and international teams. This internship offers hands-on ownership from day one and a pathway to growth within a fast-growing D2C brand.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize partner relationships in the country, while developing and expanding our influencer network to drive sales and strengthen brand credibility.
• Recruit and onboard new influencers through different channels, ensuring strong brand fit and creating engaging content that drives customer action and conversion.
• Negotiate and manage contract structures with partners, ensuring profitability and long-term value.
• Analyze content and performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, while owning and growing influencer marketing revenue month-on-month.
• Work closely with local and global marketing teams and agencies, ensuring alignment with business goals, smooth communication, and a high-performing partner ecosystem.
