Job summary

HRIT People in Porto, Portugal, is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead to own and evolve the in-house HR platform, covering Employee Central, EC Payroll and time management. You will work with HR, Payroll, IT and external partners to shape the roadmap and ensure stable, compliant operations.

The role blends functional and technical leadership, with accountability for platform governance, integrations, and release readiness across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years in HR or payroll systems with at least 4 years on SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience across SuccessFactors lifecycle: implementation, post-go-live support, ongoing improvement.
• Strong hands-on functional and technical experience with Employee Central and EC Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Own the SuccessFactors roadmap, backlog, service model and priorities.
• Govern incidents, changes, testing, releases and risks.
• Lead integration across SAP SF, time, payroll, finance and external services.
• Ensure data accuracy and Regulator/compliance readiness.
• Build internal capability via knowledge transfer and training.
