BA Glass Group is seeking an IMS Corporate Manager to lead and strengthen our Integrated Management System (Quality, Food Safety, Environment, Energy, Health & Safety, and Social Accountability) across the group.

You will act as the corporate reference for Management Systems, support plants, coordinate certifications and audits, monitor performance, promote best practices, and guide a multi-geography team working with environment, energy and health & safety leads.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with Management Systems in a multinational environment.
• Audit, certification, and compliance management experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of management systems (ISO 9001 mandatory, any food safety system preferred).
• Preferential: Auditing; Legal Compliance; Risk Assessment; Corrective Actions; KPI Management; Project Management; Document Management Systems.
• Ability to influence and coordinate without direct hierarchical authority.

Responsabilités

• Lead and strengthen the Integrated Management System across BA Glass.
• Act as corporate reference for Management Systems, supporting plants.
• Coordinate certifications and audits, monitor performance.
• Promote best practices and standardization across the Group.
• Directly manage a team across geographies and work with Environment, Energy, and Health & Safety leads across all plants.
