Luxottica Portugal seeks an experienced EHS leader to define and deploy the Environmental, Health & Safety strategy at the Rio de Mouro plant, aligning with group standards and local regulations.

This role leads the EHS team, drives governance, risk management, audits, and sustainability initiatives, and partners with Operations, HR and Engineering to integrate EHS into projects and decisions.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in Environmental, Health & Safety.
• Minimum 5 years in leadership roles in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Experience with ISO 14001/ISO 45001.
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese EHS legislation.
• Experience leading audits and risk programs.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the site's EHS strategy in alignment with local priorities and Group objectives.
• Establish medium- and long-term EHS roadmaps, objectives, and performance targets.
• Lead investigations of incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Own and govern the EHS management systems framework (ISO 14001/ISO 45001).
• Partner with Operations, HR and other functions to integrate EHS into projects.
