Job summary

LunoHR is recruiting an ICT Analyst (Business Analyst) in Lisbon, Portugal to bridge business needs and technology in an Agile environment. You will gather requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and support testing and UAT across enterprise applications in the energy sector.

You will work closely with stakeholders and development teams, documenting processes with UML/BPMN, and ensuring high-quality software delivers real business value.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and write user stories.
• Strong knowledge of UML, BPMN and functional documentation.
• Good command of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe/LeSS).
• Familiar with backlog tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, and production support.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (French a plus).

In this position, you will play a key role throughout the product lifecycle, gathering business requirements, translating them into functional solutions, supporting testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high‑quality software that supports critical business operations.

Requirements

• Experience in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, or ICT Analysis within software development environments
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, facilitating workshops, and writing user stories
• Experience with UML, BPMN, and functional documentation
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, or similar)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar backlog management tools
• Experience supporting functional testing, UAT, and production support activities
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
• Comfortable working closely with both business users and software development teams
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (French would be a plus)
