Emerson is seeking a Sales Director for Isolation Valves Iberia to define and execute the commercial strategy, drive performance, and lead a high-performing sales organization across Iberia. You will build trusted relationships with customers and industry partners, identify growth opportunities, and influence strategic decisions.

You will lead the Iberia team, shape the Go-To-Market approach, manage budgets and KPIs, and travel up to 60% to engage customers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or application engineering within an industrial/technical environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Isolation Valves Iberia.
• Own forecasting and budget-setting with clear priorities.
• Lead, coach and develop the ISV Iberia team to deliver ambitious objectives.
• Represent Emerson in senior-level commercial negotiations and maintain key customer relationships.
