Jobtailor in Portugal seeks a seasoned Technical Sales professional to lead Factory Automation initiatives across Iberia, managing key accounts and developing distributor networks. The role requires strong communication, strategic sales planning, and travel flexibility.

You will drive opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and refine regional strategies based on market insights. A technical background and fluency in Portuguese and English are essential.

Qualificações

• Engineering degree or comparable technical education.
• At least 5 years of technical sales experience in the industrial market.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Portuguese and English proficiency (written/read/spoken).
• Availability for local and international travel.
• Spanish speaking skills (a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Promote and seek new opportunities to sell products and solutions in the portfolio.
• Improve customer satisfaction by understanding, communicating, and executing solutions to customer needs.
• Participate in trade shows, fairs, and conferences.
• Maintain and develop knowledge of products and technologies.
• Drive sales and proposal strategies with the sales support organization.
• Develop and manage the Factory Automation partner and distributor network across Iberia.
• Lead Key Account engagement for Factory Automation across Iberia.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to refine regional Factory Automation strategy.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline data, and CRM reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, and engineering teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms and pricing in line with company policies.
• Manage assigned customer accounts and sales activities in Portugal.
• Lead Factory Automation strategy across Iberia.
