Luza Group is seeking an IAM professional to manage the end-to-end access lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) and to implement IAM controls across the organisation. You will work with Active Directory, Azure AD, SailPoint and other platforms, automating processes with Python and collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen access governance.

The ideal candidate has hands-on IAM experience, a proactive mindset, and strong communication skills to drive secure access policies.

Qualificações

• Experience with IAM and access governance principles.
• Knowledge of Least Privilege, SoD, RBAC, JML and Privileged Access Management.
• Hands-on with AD, LDAP, Azure AD, SailPoint, ServiceNow, and Databricks.
• Scripting and automation skills in Python.
• Strong ownership, proactive mindset and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end access lifecycle (JML) including provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Implement IAM controls based on Least Privilege, SoD, and RBAC.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and certifications to mitigate risks.
• Administer IAM platforms, tools, and governance processes.
• Manage privileged access requests and controls securely.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders on policy rollout.
