Dauch Corporation is seeking an IAM Analyst to support and maintain Identity and Access Management services ensuring appropriate access to systems, data and applications in line with security policies. The role emphasizes lifecycle management, provisioning and deprovisioning, access reviews, and incident handling.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with IAM platforms and a solid IT or cybersecurity background, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualificações

• Experience with IAM platforms mentioned (SailPoint, Entra ID, Okta, CyberArk, Saviynt) is preferred.
• Educational background in IT, cybersecurity, computer science, or related field is favored but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management are important.

Responsabilidades

• Manage user access requests, modifications, and account deprovisioning.
• Perform identity lifecycle management for joiners, movers, and leavers.
• Support access certification and SoD reviews.
• Investigate and resolve IAM incidents and service requests within SLA.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor IAM processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Maintain documentation of IAM procedures and controls.
