Luza is seeking an IAM-focused IT professional to support and enhance Identity & Access Management, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments. The role emphasizes security, user lifecycle management, and access governance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IAM, hands-on AD and Exchange experience, and strong problem-solving skills, with clear Portuguese communication and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Remote work is possible where feasible.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of professional experience in IAM/identity management.
• Hands-on experience with IAM, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (O365), and Exchange.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing identities, permissions, and access governance.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Good communication skills in Portuguese.
• Graduate degree or equivalent academic background.
• Proactive, organized, and customer-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support and development activities related to IAM solutions.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory environments, ensuring security and availability.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 (O365) services and user lifecycle management.
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange environments.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements.
• Contribute to the optimization of authentication and access management processes.
