Boslan, part of Accenture, seeks a Project Manager to lead data centre cooling infrastructure projects in Sines, Portugal. You will oversee design, construction supervision and commissioning, coordinating internal teams, vendors and clients to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in project management within HVAC or construction, with fluency in Portuguese and English, and on-site presence in Sines. Join a multidisciplinary team delivering critical cooling solutions.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Lead all project phases from initiation to closure for data centre cooling projects.
• Oversee design, review and construction supervision of cooling systems (chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC, CDUs, liquid cooling).
• Coordinate internal teams, specialist vendors and subcontractors to ensure project delivery.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks and change control processes throughout the lifecycle.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to define requirements, ensure feasibility and maintain strong working relationships.
• Lead commissioning, performance validation and handover activities with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure for data centre cooling infrastructure projects.
• Oversee the design, review and construction supervision of cooling systems, including chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs) and liquid cooling solutions.
• Coordinate internal teams, specialist vendors and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks and change control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to define requirements, ensure technical feasibility and maintain strong working relationships.
• Lead commissioning, performance validation and handover activities while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

• 3+ years of Project Management experience, preferably within HVAC, construction, engineering or related industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and data centre cooling infrastructure.
• Experience with chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, CDUs, liquid cooling technologies and integrated thermal management systems.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects in fast-paced construction environments.
• Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and project reporting.
• Experience with commissioning, testing and operational handover activities is highly desirable.
• Languages: Portuguese (fluent); English (Advanced)
