Soben, part of Accenture, is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join our Data Centre team in Portugal. The role focuses on delivering mechanical and electrical packages across hyperscale and colocation data centre programmes in Portugal and Europe, from design and procurement through construction, commissioning, and handover.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering data centre or mission-critical projects is essential.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and building services across design, procurement, construction, and handover.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of MEP works on large data centre developments across Portugal and Europe.
• Manage projects from design through handover.
• Act as primary interface between clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Drive programme, cost, quality, safety, and performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design and construction teams to meet objectives.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with project specs and client requirements.
• Oversee risk management, change control, and project governance.
