Jobgether is seeking a Principal Data Center Electrical Engineer based in Portugal to lead electrical architecture for hyperscale data centres. You will shape standards, collaborate with global teams, and drive scalable, reliable designs across international projects.

This senior role combines deep engineering expertise with strategic influence, requiring strong communication and a track record with EPC partners to ensure consistent execution worldwide.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in large-scale data center electrical design (20MW+).
• 5+ years on international data center or infrastructure projects.
• Deep expertise in electrical systems design and power distribution.
• Experience with EPC firms and complex engineering delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Define and standardize electrical architecture for hyperscale data centres.
• Research emerging electrical technologies and translate into standards.
• Develop design guidelines, templates, and playbooks for global teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams and EPC partners for high-quality execution.
• Act as technical authority and balance multiple solution options.
