KLx, the Portuguese subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S.A., invites you to join as Hybrid Test Manager for the Life Insurance scope. You’ll lead the end‑to‑end test strategy, plan and oversee execution, and coordinate diverse stakeholders to ensure quality across releases.

You’ll promote a strong testing culture, provide guidance and training, and drive continuous improvement in enterprise testing processes. A degree in CS/IS/SE/QA and 2+ years in test leadership, plus fluency in French and English,

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Test Lead or Test Manager.
• Strong ability to define and drive test strategy, coordinate stakeholders, promote testing culture, and drive continuous improvement.
