Dstny is seeking a seasoned SRE/DevOps professional to monitor and safeguard production systems across a hybrid environment. You will respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and automate deployments and operational tasks.

The role requires 5 years in operations or SRE, strong Linux and Kubernetes skills, scripting in Bash/Python, and experience with GitLab/Ansible for CI/CD. We offer a hybrid setup and generous benefits.

Qualificações

• 5 years in operations, SRE, or system administration.
• Strong Linux administration fundamentals.
• Kubernetes and container orchestration experience.
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python) for automation and troubleshooting.
• CI/CD and automation tooling (GitLab, Ansible) experience.
• Database configuration and management (PostgreSQL).
• An interest in AI tooling and open-source integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure availability and performance.
• Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Support and improve deployment and release processes.
• Document runbooks, incidents, and operational procedures.
• Automate deployments, pipelines, and operational tasks.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting software delivery.
• Apply security best practices and support compliance/audits.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support.
• Deploy updates and improve monitoring/alerting capabilities.
• Communicate system status, outages, and maintenance clearly.
