Job summary

EY Portugal is seeking a Service Designer – Consultant to contribute to design and improvement of customer and employee experiences. You will apply Service Design and Design Thinking across multidisciplinary projects, conduct qualitative and quantitative research, and create deliverables such as personas and journeys.

The role involves collaboration with UX/UI Designers, Consultants and stakeholders, with hybrid work in Lisbon or Porto.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Communication or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in Service Design or related field.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Apply Service Design and Design Thinking methodologies across multidisciplinary projects.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research activities (interviews, workshops, surveys).
• Create service design deliverables (personas, journeys, blueprints, prototypes).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Support workshops and stakeholder engagement with clients and users.
