Capgemini Portugal is seeking a Salesforce CPQ specialist to configure and implement CPQ solutions, manage products and price books, and support pricing and contracting processes. The role involves SIT/UAT participation, defect analysis, and Level 2 support, with collaboration across business and technical teams.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years hands-on CPQ experience in Salesforce, strong Lightning Experience skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Qualificações

• Experience in Salesforce Lightning Experience.
• Experience supporting Build & Run delivery models.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions based on requirements.
• Manage products, price books, discounts, and pricing rules.
• Maintain quote templates, terms, and quoting processes.
• Participate in SIT/UAT testing and issue resolution.
• Provide Level 2 functional support for CPQ, pricing, and contracting.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams; document processes.
