Capgemini Portugal is seeking a Salesforce CPQ specialist to configure and implement CPQ solutions, manage products and price books, and support pricing and contracting processes. The role involves SIT/UAT participation, defect analysis, and Level 2 support, with collaboration across business and technical teams.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years hands-on CPQ experience in Salesforce, strong Lightning Experience skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

YOUR ROLE

• Configure and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions, translating business requirements into functional configurations.
• Manage products, product bundles, price books, discount schedules, product rules, and price rules.
• Configure and maintain quote templates, quote terms, and pricing and quoting processes.
• Participate in SIT/UAT testing phases, supporting defect analysis and resolution.
• Provide Level 2 functional support for incidents and service requests related to CPQ, pricing, and contracting.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams, maintaining functional documentation and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and strong knowledge of its core functionalities.
• Experience working within the Salesforce Lightning Experience environment.
• Proven background supporting both Build & Run delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with business teams.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Additional advantages include Salesforce CPQ Certification, Sales Cloud experience, exposure to global environments, and familiarity with Apex, Flows, integrations, and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
