Job summary

MoOngy Group in Portugal is seeking a QA Test Lead specialized in automation and functional testing, fluent in French. The role is hybrid, with 2–3 days in the office, based in Moscavide E Portela, PT.

You will design and maintain automated tests, coordinate testing activities, mentor teams, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to drive quality and efficiency across projects. This is an international environment offering ongoing trainings, certifications, and structured career growth, with

Qualifications

• Experience in designing, developing and maintaining automated tests.
• Strong ability to lead and mentor test teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated tests, execute manual and automated testing, identify and track defects.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor testing activities, prepare test reports, dashboards and KPIs.
• Lead, guide, coach and mentor test teams, coordinate with stakeholders and development/DevOps teams.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD, troubleshoot test pipelines, support continuous improvement.
