Job summary

MoOngy Group seeks a QA Test Lead to drive automation and functional testing in a hybrid work model in Portugal. The role requires French language skills and current residency in Portugal for eligibility.

You will architect and implement automated test suites, mentor teams, and collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD integration. The ideal candidate will have strong Java and Cypress experience, knowledge of Jira/Xray/ALM, and a background in banking/insurance domains is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining automated tests, plus executing manual and automated testing.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and monitor testing activities and provide KPIs.
• Experience leading test teams and coordinating with DevOps.
