• Owns end-to-end category management for LASER products, including lifecycle and revenue considerations.
• Drives local sales readiness, launches, and demand generation for LASER offerings.
• Leads local initiatives, channel promotions, and collateral localization with global guidance.
• Provides training to local sales teams and secures favorable contract discounts.
