Qualificações

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in internal communications or employee engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate IT topics into clear messages.
• Proactive, organized, and collaborative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate communication activities across IT services and initiatives.
• Develop clear, engaging messages with service owners and experts.
• Plan engagement formats such as All Hands, knowledge-sharing sessions, and leadership updates.
• Create newsletters, articles, campaigns, organizational updates, social media content, SharePoint content, and presentations.
• Use AI tools to support content creation, video concepts, graphic design, and visual communication assets.
• Foster collaboration, transparency, and engagement across the IT Unit.
