Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Test Manager / Technical Project Manager to lead testing activities in Telecom Core Network projects, focusing on IMS environments. You will define and drive the test strategy, coordinate internal teams and partners, and ensure end-to-end testing and quality delivery.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Telecom Core Network testing, strong IMS knowledge, and proficiency with ALM and JIRA.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Test Manager or Technical PM in Telecom Core Network projects.
• Strong knowledge of IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) in fixed/mobile environments.
• Experience with ALM and JIRA for test management and defect tracking.
• ISTQB/ISEB certification is highly valued.
• Excellent communication with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the test strategy for Telecom Core Network projects.
• Coordinate testing activities and teams, including third-party partners.
• Ensure traceability with ALM/JIRA and provide status reports to stakeholders.
• Lead Test Readiness Reviews (TRR) and Test Exit Reviews (TER).
• Manage test schedules, risks, and defects to ensure quality gates.
