Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Test Manager / Technical Project Manager to lead testing in Telecom Core Network projects with a focus on IMS environments. You will define and drive the test strategy, ensure end-to-end test execution, and manage stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will coordinate internal teams and partners, ensure traceability via ALM and JIRA, and guide TRR and TER processes while handling risks and defects across delivery lifecycles.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Test Manager or Technical Project Manager within Telecom Core Network projects.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) in Fixed and/or Mobile environments.
• Experience in Mobile Telecom ecosystems, preferably with Nokia platforms.
• Solid understanding of test management methodologies, test planning, and risk-based testing approaches.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools, including ALM and JIRA; knowledge of automation frameworks and testing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the test strategy across projects and teams.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party partners to execute the Test Strategy.
• Ensure requirements traceability with ALM and JIRA.
• Provide regular test plans and status reports to stakeholders.
• Lead Test Readiness Reviews (TRR) and Test Exit Reviews (TER).
• Monitor schedules, risks, and dependencies; manage defects and remediation activities.
• Support risk-based testing and produce rectification plans when needed.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at multiple levels.
