Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Test Manager / Technical Project Manager to lead testing activities within Telecom Core Network projects, with a focus on IMS environments. You will define the test strategy, drive end-to-end test execution, and ensure quality through TRR/TER processes.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and report progress to stakeholders while collaborating with technical and business leads. Hybrid work and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Test Manager or Technical Project Manager in Telecom Core Network environments.
• Strong IMS testing knowledge in fixed and/or mobile environments.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as ALM and JIRA.
• Industry-recognized testing certification such as ISTQB or ISEB is valued.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall Test Strategy, coordinating internal teams and partners.
• Coordinate testing activities and ensure end-to-end test execution.
• Provide regular test planning and status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage Test Readiness Reviews (TRR) and Test Exit Reviews (TER).
• Monitor test schedules, risks, and dependencies; control defect lifecycles.
