The role requires a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electronics or related field, hands-on experience in PCB development, and English fluency; offers hybrid work, health insurance, training, and career progression.

Qualificações

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or closely related field.
• Proven experience in hardware design, schematic capture, and PCB development.
• Practical experience in hardware testing, debugging, and failure analysis.
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design and PCB layout techniques.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop advanced hardware circuit architectures, ensuring feasibility, signal integrity, and performance.
• Define, coordinate, and execute comprehensive testing and validation plans, analyzing test data for ramp-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, component suppliers, and production plants to optimize for manufacturing and testing.
• Identify and resolve hardware challenges during prototyping and series production.
• Ensure compliance with EMC and safety standards.
• Drive test automation and maintenance strategies to improve manufacturing processes.
