Job summary

Convatec in Setúbal is seeking an accounting professional to perform assigned reporting activities in line with defined processes and deadlines. You will update documentation and respond to finance queries from employees, managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Finance/Accoung.
• Spoken and written English mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned accounting and reporting activities per defined processes, deadlines, SOPs and work instructions.
• Update process documentation as required.
• Respond to finance queries raised by employees, managers, finance partners & other internal and external stakeholders.
• Escalate issues to (Senior) Country Accountant or RTR Team Lead.
• Act as a team player, build good relationships with stakeholders.
• Support cross-process and cross-functional cooperation to achieve GBS goals.
• Ensure compliance according to internal procedures and legislation.
• Act proactively in identifying improvement areas and participate in implementation.
