Job summary

IT House in Lisbon is recruiting a DevOps Engineer for a client in the logistics sector. You will build and operate cloud-native infrastructure on Azure with AWS support, automate provisioning and CI/CD, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale AI use cases.

Fluency in English is mandatory, with a hybrid work model in Lisbon and base salary plus meal allowance along with other corporate benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cloud-native experience with Azure and exposure to AWS.
• Infrastructure automation (IaC), CI/CD, and containerized workloads.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; TypeScript optional.
• Experience with data engineering concepts (ETL, data pipelines).
• Experience in cross-functional, international teams; local IT collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate cloud-native infrastructure for AI workloads and data pipelines.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, CI/CD, monitoring, and cost controls.
• Support cloud architecture decisions for agentic workflows and data platforms.
• Ensure cloud environments comply with security and resilience standards.
• Collaborate with country IT and local teams to onboard environments and scale AI use cases.
• Improve platform reliability, developer experience, and cost transparency.
