Aptia is seeking a Data Coordinator to join our Projects team in Lisbon. You will help deliver GMP Rectification, Equalisation, and Implementation projects by coordinating activities across multiple workstreams and collaborating with data, systems, and project teams.

The role is hybrid, based in Lisbon with some remote work; first three months are office-based to ensure smooth onboarding and integration into our cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
• Strong in Excel and general systems/tools (Word, project tracking).
• Experienced in planning, prioritisation, and working under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate project activity across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Maintain and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Support planning, including kick-off meetings, scheduling, and handovers.
• Track progress and flag risks, dependencies, and potential delays early.
• Ensure accurate budget tracking and time recording.
