Aptia Group is seeking a Data Coordinator to join our Lisbon Projects team. This hybrid role combines office-based collaboration in Lisbon with remote work from home, with an initial three-month office period to integrate with the team.

You will act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, coordinate multi-workstream activities, and maintain robust project plans, budgets, and timelines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work

Qualificações

  • Experience coordinating data projects.
  • Strong Excel and document preparation skills.
  • Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project activity across multiple workstreams and teams.
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Support planning, including kick-off meetings, scheduling, and handovers.
  • Track progress and flag risks, dependencies, and potential delays early.
  • Ensure accurate budget tracking and time recording.
  • Work closely with data, systems, and project teams to support delivery.
  • Help manage bespoke client requirements and evolving project needs.
