We are seeking an agile, strategically minded Creative Social Media Manager to lead social growth and platform-native content across client accounts, with a focus on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

You will create, film and edit short-form videos, pitch monthly content plans, and leverage performance insights to optimize results.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in social media/creative strategy/content roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients, switch between distinct brand voices and meet deadlines.
• Deep fluency with short-form platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and retention strategies.
• Strategic briefing: translate briefs into inspiring production briefs for teams.
• Client-facing confidence: strong presentation and communication to explain ideas to stakeholders.
• Data-driven: read retention/engagement metrics to justify content decisions.
• Cultural intuition: strong familiarity with Portuguese digital culture and local creator scene.
• Languages: native Portuguese with professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Client Channel Ownership: manage monthly content calendars and cross-platform scheduling.
• Short-Form Strategy & Playbooks: develop platform strategies and recurring video series.
• Concept & Hook Architecture: create high-retention concepts with strong hooks and narratives.
• Creative Content Creation & Execution: film and edit short-form videos from concept to delivery.
• Client Presentations & Advisory: pitch concepts and present monthly content plans.
• Trend Spotting & Reactive Formats: identify Portuguese internet trends and pitch timely concepts.
