VML is seeking a Creative Social Media Manager to drive social growth across a diverse client roster. You will act as the creative and strategic architect for clients' social channels, translating brand identities into engaging TikTok, Reels, and Shorts content.

You will develop platform-native ideas, pitch plans, and actively create and edit short-form videos, using performance insights to refine what works. This role embraces a hybrid work model with in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in social media, creative strategy, or content role.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Client Channel Ownership: manage monthly content calendars and platform scheduling (TikTok, IG, YouTube, Facebook).
• Short-Form Strategy & Playbooks: develop platform strategies and recurring video series.
• Concept & Hook Architecture: craft high-retention hooks and on-screen text hierarchies.
• Creative Content Creation & Execution: create, film and edit short-form videos from concept to delivery.
• Client Presentations & Advisory: pitch concepts and content plans to clients.
• Trend Spotting & Reactive Formats: identify Portuguese internet trends and develop timely concepts.
