Job summary

act digital is seeking an experienced System Administrator to join a growing international technology environment. The role covers cloud, virtualization, systems administration, infrastructure design, and operational support for enterprise platforms.

This position offers a flexible hybrid model with 2 days per week in the Restelo office, on-call rotation, and the opportunity to design, implement, and optimize infrastructure in collaboration with development and business teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or System Administrator.
• Strong experience with: Microsoft Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, AWS, Microsoft Azure, VMware and/or Hyper-V
• infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting
• Good understanding of infrastructure and network security principles.
• Familiarity with CIS and NIST security frameworks.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices.
• Experience with automation and scripting using PowerShell and/or Python is highly valued.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage infrastructure platforms supporting business and application needs.
• Translate architectural requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
• Resolve complex infrastructure incidents and provide advanced support.
• Work closely with development and business teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with application requirements.
• Participate in infrastructure projects from planning through implementation.
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders on infrastructure-related topics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and infrastructure stability.
• Support service availability and performance through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
