Hexa Group is seeking an AWS Cloud Platform Engineer to enhance reliability, security, and optimization across enterprise cloud infrastructure. Based in Porto or Lisbon, this role blends AWS platform engineering, automation, DevOps and production operations within a hybrid setup.

You will strengthen cloud governance, improve service resilience, and implement scalable solutions that reduce operational complexity while collaborating with a technical team and stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Strong AWS cloud engineering experience in complex production environments.
• Ability to investigate infrastructure issues and deliver effective resolutions.
• Experience maintaining cloud platforms with high availability, security and operations.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation, deployment processes and production support practices.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and optimize enterprise AWS environments, prioritising availability, security and efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure incidents, deployment failures and production issues.
• Monitor cloud services and analyse data to identify performance, reliability and security improvements.
• Develop and enhance infrastructure automation using Terraform, Python and AWS serverless technologies.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure configurations and automated workflows.
• Implement and review IAM permissions, account configurations and organizational security controls.
• Analyse security findings, coordinate vulnerability remediation and support patching activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis and document corrective actions.
• Manage incidents and service requests in line with SLAs and communication standards.
• Participate in code reviews, Agile delivery activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
