Aubay Portugal seeks an experienced IT Production Support professional to manage RUN/MCO for e/mBanking applications, spanning Linux and Windows runtimes. You will handle deployments, incidents, and releases using XL Deploy/Release and Jenkins, collaborating with development and infra teams to ensure service continuity.

Fluent English is required. The role offers a hybrid work model (2/3 days onsite) and a supportive environment with ongoing growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Application Production Support (RUN/MCO) environments.
• Solid knowledge of Linux environments and practical experience with Windows.
• Strong expertise in Apache and Tomcat administration, with understanding of Docker and API environments.
• Proven experience with deployment and release tools such as XL Deploy, XL Release, and Jenkins.
• Demonstrated strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose production incidents in complex application landscapes.
• Fluent English communication skills are mandatory for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the operational stability, support, and deployment of e/mBanking applications and related APIs.
• Perform daily RUN/MCO activities, including incident diagnosis and coordination of technical resolutions with relevant teams.
• Execute deployments, releases, and configuration changes utilizing tools such as XL Deploy, XL Release, and Jenkins.
• Provide comprehensive application support for runtimes across both Linux and Windows environments.
• Collaborate closely with development technical leads and infrastructure teams to maintain service continuity and troubleshoot production issues.
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure continuous service availability during operational events.
