Cross Border Talents is seeking a Content Reviewer to assess user-generated content in line with policies and standards in Lisbon. The role focuses on fair moderation, critical thinking, and contributing to a safer online space.

You will handle text, images, and videos while aligning with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has 0–1 year in content moderation or related analytics, strong communication and decision-making skills, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced, international team.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Greek (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• 0–1 year experience in content moderation or related analytical role.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision‑making abilities.
• Objective, detail‑oriented mindset and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Review user-generated content (text, images, video) to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Apply guidelines consistently to make balanced decisions.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and respectful online environment.
• Follow moderation procedures and stay aligned with updated policies.
• Identify complex cases and escalate through proper channels.
