Transcom is seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our Porto team. You will manage contracts, records, admissions and dismissals, ensuring payroll accuracy and labor law compliance while shaping talent development and HR analytics.

The role requires a HR background, strong Portuguese/English skills (C1+), and payroll know‑how. Immediate availability to start preferred.

• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (C1+), Spanish a plus.

Oversee compensation and compliance by ensuring accurate salary processing and coordinating occupational health requirements.

Drive talent development and strategic analysis through the implementation of training strategies and the evaluation of key HR indicators.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.

Demonstrated professional proficiency (C1+) in both Portuguese and English;
working knowledgeof Spanish (B2+) would be considered an advantage.

Professional experience within the Human Resources sector.

Strong understanding and working knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation and experience in payroll tasks.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Immediate availability to commence the role is preferred.
