Waterworks is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support international operations across Portugal, France, and London with growth into Milan. Based in Porto, you will manage HR administration, payroll coordination, and employee documentation while serving as a liaison across cultures and time zones.

We are seeking an organized, resourceful, and collaborative Human Resources Coordinator to support our international operations across Portugal, France, and London, with additional locations such as Milan added as the business grows.
This role will support day-to-day international HR administration, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and local HR compliance. Based in Portugal, the role will also provide administrative support to the local office and may assist the U.S. Accounting team with general administrative and accounting activities related to international operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working independently, and able to build strong relationships across countries, cultures, and time zones.
This role requires onsite presence 5 days a week at our location in Porto.
This position requires onsite attendance five days per week at our Porto, Portugal office. Applicants must have unrestricted authorization to work in Portugal. Employment sponsorship is not available for this role.
€22,000 - €30,000 a year
