Colt Technology Services Group Ltd. is seeking an HSE Country Business Partner to deliver Health, Safety and Environmental activities within Portugal, reporting to the South-East Region Business Partner Lead.

This hands‑on role focuses on local implementation, compliance with local laws and Group standards, and coordination with regional teams to maintain a safe, healthy workplace. You will support employees and managers, manage country risk assessments, incident investigations, and local HSE

Qualificações

• 1–2 years’ experience in Health & Safety and/or Environmental role.
• Knowledge or experience of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint).

Responsabilidades

• Governance, Compliance & Assurance (Country scope only) – Support local implementation of Colt’s HSE governance framework.
• Compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; assist audits and follow-up.
• Country-specific HSE legal compliance assessments and records management.
