Revolut Ltd. is seeking a Portugal-based Health and Safety Specialist to drive development of environmental, health, and safety practices worldwide. You will refine a best-in-class management system protecting people, ensuring compliance, and supporting a culture of innovation.

The role focuses on designing a safe working environment, leading a global H&S system, and translating regulations into clear company policies, with local and international scope.

Qualificações

• Fluent English is required for global coordination and reporting.
• Experience as a safety manager in a large global organisation.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety principles and EHS best practices.
• Strong risk management and assessment capabilities for launching new ventures abroad.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain a safe working environment with standardised processes.
• Lead evolution of a global health and safety management system to match growth.
• Ensure compliance with local and international H&S regulations; translate into policy.
• Conduct risk assessments for new/existing offices and identify hazards via site reviews.
• Monitor performance, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with teams as a safety expert to drive projects from start to finish.
• Report progress against health and safety goals.
