You will participate in recruitment activities, employer branding, employee engagement, internal communication, onboarding, and HR projects that strengthen our people strategy and culture.

You will collaborate on talent sourcing, candidate experience, and onboarding activities while contributing to a positive employee journey and brand

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition & Sourcing to maintain a robust pipeline for current and future roles.
• Assist Recruitment processes by pre-selecting candidates and coordinating interviews.
