Synopsys in Portugal is seeking 7–10 HR Operations / People Services professionals to provide day-to-day support across employee lifecycle administration, HR case management, data maintenance and documentation.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in HR operations or shared services, knowledge of HR processes, and experience with SuccessFactors or ServiceNow; strong English communication and compliance focus are essential.

Qualificações

• 1–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or similar HR support functions.
• Knowledge of HR processes, systems, and employee lifecycle administration.
• Experience working with HR software like SuccessFactors and ServiceNow is a plus.
• Attention to detail and focus on compliance and accuracy.
