American International Group, Inc. (AIG) in Portugal is seeking an HR Generalist for Lisbon to lead payroll and benefits administration and support HR plans for the Iberia cluster. You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure policy application, and maintain HR data for reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, fluency in English and Portuguese, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams while respecting local employment laws and DEI initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), Portuguese native & Spanish valued.
• Experience as HR Generalist or similar function is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day HR operations with payroll & benefits administration.
• Provide HR support on Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Communications & Engagement, Wellbeing and Inclusion.
• Maintain HRIS processes and ensure data accuracy for reporting.
• Support recruitment activities for the assigned cluster and coordinate with HRBP and hiring managers.
• Provide Employee Relations support and ensure compliance with employment laws.
