Hiire is assisting Bauer Media Audio Portugal in recruiting an experienced HR Generalist for a maternity cover fixed-term contract. The role focuses on strengthening HR processes, analytics and employee experience, partnering with leaders and employees across the organisation.

Based in Lisbon with a hybrid pattern (4 days in the office, 1 from home), you will support payroll and HR administration, onboarding, performance management and HR insights, contributing to continuous improvement within

• 3–5+ years of HR experience in Generalist/Operations roles.
• Experience in HR Analytics/Compensation or Learning & Development.
• Fluent Portuguese and good command of English.

At Hiire, we are supporting Bauer Media in the search for a temporary HR Generalist to join their team. This role will play a key part in strengthening and improving HR processes, ensuring their efficiency and contributing to a positive employee experience.

You'll become a trusted partner to employees and leaders, supporting a broad HR agenda that spans operations, analytics, learning initiatives and people projects. Your Role

• Supporting payroll-related activities and HR administration processes.
• Managing employee records, contracts and HR systems.

• Supporting learning and development initiatives and training programmes.

The Skills You Will Bring

Essential

• Experience working within HR Generalist, HR Operations or People & Culture functions.
• 3-5+ years of relevant HR experience or demonstrable equivalent capability.
• Experience in either HR Analytics/Compensation or Learning & Development/Training.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Portuguese and a good command of English.

Desirable

• Skills gap analysis experience.
• Training facilitation or workshop delivery.
• Exposure to HR systems and workforce reporting.
• Experience supporting organisational development initiatives.

Working pattern / location

This role is based in Lisbon and follows a hybrid working model: 4 days in the office and 1 from home. This is a permanent fixed-term position.
