much. Consulting, based in Portugal, is inviting applications for an Office & HR Support role within its international team. You will handle onboarding, calendars, and data audits while supporting a dynamic office environment.

The ideal candidate has IEFP eligibility, a higher education degree, fluent Portuguese and English, and excellent communication and organizational skills. The position offers competitive pay and a range of benefits under IEFP Emprego + Talento.

Requirements

Your profile

• IEFP Eligibility: Must be 35 or under, registered as unemployed at IEFP, and hold a Higher Education degree.
• Background: Higher Education and previous experience in Administration/Office Management.
• Languages: Fluent Portuguese and English (mandatory).
• Key attributes: a people person, excellent communicator, highly organized, and able to prioritize effectively.
