Pine Cliffs Resort seeks a Housekeeping Assistant Manager to support the Executive Housekeeper in leading housekeeping operations across its multi-property luxury environment in the Algarve. You will drive standards, manage budgets and workforce planning, monitor KPIs and implement improvements, coordinating with Rooms Division, Finance and HR to ensure superior guest experiences.

English and Portuguese fluency, plus 3–5 years in luxury housekeeping, and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management/Hotel Management/Tourism.
• 3–5 years of housekeeping management experience, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Experience leading teams across multiple properties and concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Executive Housekeeper in the overall management of housekeeping operations across multiple properties and accommodation concepts.
• Ensure consistency of standards, procedures and guest experience across all properties.
• Adapt operational strategies according to occupancy patterns, property characteristics, room types and business needs.
• Support the Executive Housekeeper in preparing, monitoring and controlling the housekeeping budget.
• Monitor and analyze key financial indicators.
• Prepare regular performance analysis and highlight deviations from budget or business objectives.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans where financial performance is below target.
• Develop and monitor workforce planning models aligned with occupancy, business forecasts and operational requirements.
• Analyze productivity across properties and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and monitor Housekeeping KPIs across all properties.
• Analyze trends in guest satisfaction, cleanliness scores, productivity, CPOR and operational costs.
• Ensure consistent delivery of luxury standards across all properties.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and operational audits.
