Hilton is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the hotel housekeeping team in delivering pristine guest rooms and operational excellence. You will train and schedule staff, perform room and area inspections, and oversee maintenance coordination to uphold Hilton’s cleanliness standards.

The role also involves managing inventory, coordinating deep cleaning projects, and ensuring top-tier guest service, including VIP requests, contributing to an exceptional stay for every guest.

Responsabilidades

• Train, schedule, and oversee housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and quality in guest rooms.
• Perform routine room inspections and area checks to uphold cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues and facility concerns.
• Schedule and supervise periodic deep cleaning and special housekeeping initiatives.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
• Deliver excellent service, including VIP and special guest requests.
